Bring us a project. Earn on it.
If you know a building that needs work, you already have the hardest part of this business. Bring us the job and take a share of it. We price it, run it and stand behind it, and you are paid as the money comes in.

How it works
01
Tell us about the project
The address, who owns it, and what they need done. A phone call is enough. We will tell you straight away whether we can take it on.
02
We agree the commission in writing
Before any introduction, so there is nothing to argue about later. The rate depends on the size of the job, how much of the relationship you carry, and how defined the scope is.
03
We price the work and meet the owner
Stay in the room or hand it over. Either way you are named in the file as the source, and that does not expire because the job took a season to start.
04
You are paid as we are paid
When the owner pays us, your share goes out against that payment. Not at the end, and not out of money we have not collected.
What counts
Anything we would take on ourselves. Institutional, commercial and private work across northern and central New Jersey.
- Interior fit-outs and renovations
- Roofing and full exterior work
- Siding, stucco and masonry repair
- Accessibility and lift construction
- Ground-up residential
- Additions and structural alterations
The terms, in plain language
Read these before you introduce anyone.
- The project must be private work. Public work, meaning any contract with a state, county, municipal or school authority, is excluded. Contingent fees for obtaining public contracts are prohibited, and we will not pay one.
- You cannot be an employee, officer, board member or agent of the project owner, and you cannot be in a position where you owe them a duty of loyalty on this decision. If the owner is paying you or trusting you to advise them, we cannot pay you to send them to us.
- Commission is a percentage of amounts we actually collect on the contract, and it is paid out against those payments rather than at signing.
- Every completed referral pays at least 1,000 dollars. Where the agreed percentage comes to less than that, you are paid the 1,000. Where it comes to more, you are paid the percentage. The floor applies once the project is contracted and we have been paid, not on an introduction that goes nowhere.
- The rate and the scope it covers are agreed in writing before the introduction. Nothing is owed on a project we were already in conversation about.
- Referrers act independently. This is not employment and it is not a franchise. We will need a W-9, and payments of 600 dollars or more in a year are reported on a 1099.
- We will not pay a fee where doing so would be unlawful, or where it would require a license or registration that the referrer does not hold.
