Every number here is issued by the State of New Jersey and is public, so it can be checked without asking us for anything. General liability and workers compensation are in force, and certificates go out on request.
How we run a job
We write the scope every trade prices against. That is why the numbers coming back are comparable, and why the gaps in a set of drawings turn up on paper instead of in the field with the crew standing there.
We tell you what you do not want to hear while it is still cheap to fix, and we do not move a standard once it is set. We want the crews on your job paid properly, because careful work has a price and taking it out of the labor is where jobs go wrong.
On public work that means prevailing wage and certified payroll filed against every invoice. On private work it means the same paperwork, without the State asking for it.
There is more than twenty years of construction behind the way we run a job, from a house coming out of the ground to an institutional fit-out inside an occupied building.

At Enduring On, we believe that construction isn’t just about what gets built, it’s about how it’s built, who’s involved, and the way people feel throughout the process. The conversations, the coordination, the care behind the scenes and all of it matters just as much as the result.

The most important thing is that we rely deeply on our faith to move forward, and our work is performed knowing that we are honoring our Lord, Jesus Christ.
