What to send

Drawings and a specification if you have them. If you do not, the address and a few photographs off your phone are enough to start. We would rather look at the building than read a description of it, so most of this ends with us standing on the site anyway.

If you are bidding something and need a number by a date, say the date first. Tell us which addenda you are holding and which trades you want us to carry, and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it. A late number is no use to you and we will say so rather than take the walk.
